Just did my Gastric Sleeve 1 week ago. I think, this is the best combination of quality and price! One of the best Hospitals I have ever seen. Liook more like a Hotel to me. They even have a Battler there to serve your needs))) All staff is extremely polite and caring. Doctors are very professional and cool guys)) All info I got have all answers I need. No more questions. Defenately recommending you to go with them. And I am on my way to healthy life. Already 13lb down after 1st week. No pain, no problems)))

BeLiteWeight has awesome employees and they are all very helpful! I wish I could have had the weight loss surgery sooner. I am now 6 weeks post op and I have lost 45 pounds. I had the gastric sleeve. The surgery was in Juarez Mexico and BeLiteWeight set up everything. The driver who picked us up at the airport in El Paso was very nice and took us into the hospital and spoke to the girls at the front desk to get me checked in. The check in process went smoothly and we were taken to a room which was very nice and included a place for my husband to sleep and a walk-in shower. The hospital is beautiful. It looks more like a resort hotel and was very clean. Most of the staff spoke some English and those who couldn't had apps on their phones to translate to English. They were all very nice to me and my husband. We got there the night before surgery because we had to go there from Ohio. Surgery was the next day and unfortunately I woke up with a fever and sore throat but they were able to get the fever down and did the surgery later in the day. The interesting thing is that I actually felt better after surgery than I did before because they had given me antibiotics. There was very little pain. Tylenol was plenty. Two days after surgery I was released and a driver picked us up at the hospital. The driver was very nice and gave us some history about the area on the drive back across the border. The only bad experience I had was with the airline because of a thunderstorm in Dallas. Our flight was cancelled like 4 times. It was supposed to leave at 2 PM but never left till after 6PM. We got to Dallas at 10:30PM and luckily caught a flight back to Columbus, Ohio which got us home at 3Am. It was a very long day. Since then, I have learned how to eat tiny amounts of food and I no longer have a happy relationship with food that led to my huge size. It is coming off rather quickly and I feel like I have more energy than I have had in awhile. The ladies at BeLiteWeight have answered all the questions I have had and been very supportive. I would highly recommend and I do recommend BeLiteWeight to everyone. My husband was somewhat fearful of me having the surgery in Mexico, but my experience there was good and there is no reason to not have surgery there. It is so much less expensive! I am looking forward to the future and a lighter body. So far so good!

I had my surgery September 15, 2016, and BeLiteWeight made this process so simple and stressfree for me! The Star Medica Hospital is amazing also! The staff at BeLite were so helpful and supportive and efficient throughout without being pushy. They moved the process along smoothly, yet I never felt any pressure to go forward. I appreciate their follow-up after my procedure also. The shuttle driver was on time and extremely helpful. The doctors, nurses and hospital staff were so compassionate and efficient. Star Medica provides butler service for each floor, so my friend who went along with me for surgery was very comfortable and well taken care of also. I'm so thankful for BeLite, because without their service I never would have been able to have this surgery and finally begin living my life to the fullest!

In spite of all my best efforts my Bariatric Surgeon was stalling in getting me set-up for my initial consultation and the scheduling of a surgery date, it seems they preferred their cash patients to their insurance patients. BeLiteWeight had me rescheduled with another prominent Bariatric Surgeon in less than a week, I had my surgery within the next week. The Surgeon they recommended me to did an excellent job, what a Great Team they all turned out to be.

The hospital staff even though they didn't speak much English, were awesome. They made me feel comfortable and I had no worries. I was not afraid going into surgery, I would do this procedure again and by the same team of doctors. I want to say thank you! to them and Beliteweight they have been most helpful and I know I can count on them when I need them for questions and answers.

Everyone from Belite was super nice and very helpful. The hospital was well maintained and the staff and doctors were very attentive. I was only there from Friday at noon till I checked out on Sunday morning at 9 am, and the doctors dropped by at least 8 times in that time. They have Butlers (who speak perfect English)!! It felt like a hotel, the butlers took great care of mine and my husbands non-medical needs (blankets, pillows, translation help, food for my Hubby). Great care!

I was referred to BeLiteWeight by a family member who had the surgery and she had nothing but great things to say about her experience, so I signed up for the surgery as well. BeLiteWeight are a company that cares about you, the patient. The staff are all friendly and helpful in any situation that came up. They were patient and answered any and all questions that I had. The sent reminders when my attention was needed and sent personal emails to check how I was doing at all time before and after my surgery. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would recommend them to anybody.

I live in Houston,TX and when I found out that my Surgery in Juarez it kind of freaked me out. But the experience was amazing the staff is really nice the bed side manner amazing!!! Being positive helps a lot. a great experience i would do it all over again I wish i would have done it sooner!
