I was skeptical at first, I mean "surgery in Mexico"; everyone thought I was crazy. This surgery has been a long awaited tool that i have needed for most of much adult life. I can't wait for the real me to emerge. This company made things pretty easy for me although at times it felt like there was a lack in communication with me. The hospital and surgeon were the very best part of the whole experience. I was so comfortable down there, by myself with my very rusty Spanish. I felt like a pampered princess and did not want to leave the hospital.

I want to thank BeLiteWeight for taking such good care of me and setting up my surgery in Juarez Mexico with Dr Jose Rodriguez. I decided to have a Mini Bypass because I felt that was the best option for me. I was very nervous about going to Mexico for surgery but once I got there everything went so smooth. The Driver picked me and my husband up at ElPaso airport and took us across the border to Juarez and straight to the hospital and walked us up to the front desk to check us in, Everyone was extremely friendly and treated us very well. Once we were checked in they took me upstairs to my room which was very clean and nice, They even had a couch for my husband to sleep in. The hospital even had a Butler that brought us anything we asked for and the best part about him was he spoke English. Most of the staff speak Spanish which made it a bit difficult sometimes, But there was always someone to help work through that. The nurses were friendly and came in through out the day and night to take care of me. Dr Jose Rodriguez was beyond Amazing and Well educated in doing weight loss Surgery. He came to my room before surgery to explain everything and to make sure all my questions were answered. He was funny and made me feel comfortable. After surgery I was a bit sore only because of the gas in my stomach and the drain tube. But I spent a lot of time walking which helped a lot! Now I'm home and going on 2 weeks post-op and I feel great. I'm looking forward to my new life and I have already lost 21 lbs. I would highly recommend BeLiteWeight to anyone.

I was very nervous at first. Once I arrived in Juarez Mexico, everything went just like Belite said it would. The hospital staff and physicians were amazing. I was treated better in Mexico than I was here in the united states at the hospitals. Overall experience I would give more than 5 stars if they would let me..Thank you Belite

A Gastric Sleeve surgery is what I researched and knew that I wanted for myself. I was 60+ pounds overweight and only being 5'2" that is a lot of extra pounds for my small frame to carry. However, I was just under the "required" BMI to have a surgeon perform the surgery here in California plus it would cost me at least $23,000. Having the surgery in Mexico was in the back of my mind but I was hesitant. In my research I found BeLiteWeight. I saw that it was a reputable company located here in the states, had tremendous raving reviews, was affordable, and felt comfortable that they were overseeing the entire process from start to finish and even there for me post surgery. I read many reviews on the surgeon in Mexico, Dr. Rodriguez, and he was spoken of very highly from other's who have had surgery by him. I read wonderful reviews of the hospital in Juarez. So I made the call to BeLiteWeight. Everyone I spoke to at BeLite was always so compassionate, understanding and informative. I felt supported and any hesitation or doubts I felt about having the surgery in Mexico went away. They were very hands on prior to surgery to make sure that I was following necessary protocol and had all affairs in order as far as my flight, etc. I was very comfortable with my decision. When I arrived in Mexico the day prior to surgery I was greeted by a very nice shuttle driver that drove my mom and I over the border to the hospital in Juarez. When arrived at the hospital I noticed how very clean it was, how professional all of the staff was and felt very comfortable. My private room was wonderful, my mom had a very nice bed area to sleep on. She even had her very own butler George who took care of her needs. He offered to go out and get her food from a nearby restaurant. She had all meals served to her. George was unbelievably sweet and such a hard worker. The mall across the street was amazing and got to have my "last supper" at my favorite restaurant. There was even a casino in the mall... lol. So my mom and I played some slots. It was a very nice eve of surgery that I spent with my mom. I met numerous different doctors my first day. First doctor came in to explain all procedures and the entire process to me so I knew what to expect. He spoke very well English so there was no language barrier. I met Dr. Rodriguez and his fellow doctors.. there were always five of them in the room when he did his rounds (which were at least once or twice a day). The nurses were wonderful.. never once had to ask for pain meds. They were always right there taking excellent care of me. I have to say that it was the best hospital experience I have ever had for myself or witnessed. Post surgery I met a psychiatrist that talked to me about the emotions I may go through. I met with a nutritionist that explained in detail what my diet needed to be through the next four weeks post surgery and after. Everything went perfect and I was told along the way every feeling, pain or comfortableness that I could possibly expect. It was a great experience and I would recommend BeLiteWeight to anyone considering Bariatric surgery that does not have the support of their insurance to help cover the costs. Do not be scared of Mexico. I was better cared for there than I ever was here in California. Thank you BeLiteWeight for all you have done for me. My life is forever changed and I will soon once again love myself and feel proud of my body. Oh.. and I am almost 4 weeks post-op and I have lost 18 pounds. YAY ME!!

My experience with having my surgery under Belite was great. The entire staff, doctor, nurses, butler, driver ensured our stay was comfortable and safe. So far no issues, one month out n 20 pounds down. Still learning how to eat but I would def recommend if you are thinking of having the sleeve surgery. Belite is the way to go! Ps I only regreted it about 2 days post surgery. Lol

This team is extremely professional, They are with you every step of the way, answering all your questions and concerns. They are extremely organized and I felt well prepared for my surgery from pre-op though post-op

Wish I had done it sooner! Don't be afraid to have a sleeve done here, everything was perfect. Surgeons are great as well as the rest of the staff. No problems what so ever! Would highly recommend :)

Very helpful with everything. There wasn't a question that they couldn't answer or help me with. Great experience with them.
