Great experience! They certainly make an effort to ensure a good experience. It would be nice to have an interpreter on hand for the nursing staff that do not speak English.

My insurance company gave me the runaround after I completed all of their requirements here in the states. I was a basket case wondering if gastric sleeve surgery in another country was the right thing to do. I was ready to move forward so I looked into Beliteweight. To be honest, it couldn't have been a better experience. Beliteweight took care of every detail and told me exactly what was going to happen. When you are that nervous, it's nice to have someone take care of everything for you.

I found belite weight by literally googling about weight loss surgery. I was so done with feeling fat and horrible about myself . I don't have health insurance here in the US and felt so out of options. I found belite and immediately started looking up reviews . I also researched bother doctors since do to my job I am able to fully research and discover the good and the bad for any doctor anywhere . I was so pleased and knew I had to do this. The minute I decided to move forward everything was so smooth . My patient advocate was amazing . She made sure I knew all my options from payment to flights to everything . My surgery was booked about a month after I discovered beliteweight . When we got to the hospital it was so clean and everything was so beautiful and well taken care of. The staff was great and the doctors were immediately in to say hello. The nurses were so professional and attentive I swear I was so scared to leave them . I wanted to bring them back with me. Surgery was so fast and there was nurse care every hour on the hour it was amazing . In the Us I have never received care so great. Belite weight gave me my life back . Don't believe what you read about surgery in Mexico . Not with these doctors and not with this company . Everything was phenomenal and I would do it again in a heart beat. Love you Ishi and love you Dr. Rodriguez you all changed my life ... I am down 67lbs since surgery in August :)

Joanne was very sweet and helpful. It only took about a week to get a sugary date. Everything went as expected. I felt safe and was in excellent care with Dr. Rodriguez. Excellent physician and support team!

I had a great experience, no regrets or complaints. I have been a nurse for 20 years here in the states and I have to say honestly I received excellent medical care. Doctors and nurses were very professional and informative. Hospital was very clean and quiet. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in.

The billing was done exactly as explained. The hospital where I had my surgery done in Ciudad Juarez MX is a top notch medical facility that was second to none compared to any hospitals I have ever visited in the U.S. I would also like to mention that the medical staff that attended my medical needs and the Dr. that performed my surgery went far beyond my expectations. It's now been over 2 years since I had my surgery and I have lost a little over 200 lbs. I would recommend The BeLiteWeight service to anyone!!

My experience with Beliteweight been excellent. They were responsive, attentive to my questions, thorough, and made sure that I had a safe and pleasant experience with my weight loss surgery. The hospital was clean, the nursing staff was very caring. My only complaint at that time was the extra bed for my companion which wasn't super comfortable. (Don't know if it's still like that because it's been a few years now.) I tend to get anxious before any kind of surgeries and they were very kind and made sure that I had some medication to relax me in advance. Also, I typically have bad reactions to anesthesia in that I get really nauseous afterwards and the doctors made sure to load me up with anti nausea medications. My point is they did whatever they could to help me as an individual with my individual concerns. Since my surgery, whenever I feel like I've hit a plateau or just in the wrong direction, I can call the people at Beliteweight and they help me get back on track and focused.
