Excellent service on line.
I was looking for a lift top coffee table and between texts conversations, I was sent a link to find what they offered. And I found one that I liked and they will deliver to me. Thank you Bel Furniture on line folks.

I ordered the lamps 2 weeks ago- and they have yet to be delivered. I was told on December 13 they were being fed ex- it is now the 22 and they have yet to be delivered.

I wish you would answer the phone when I called back about my delivery. I was told to call back and when I did no one answered. I left a message twice and no response.

If you can afford it.. Buy better quality somewhere else.
It started with a phone call to set up my delivery. I missed the call, but (Anna) left a voice-mail for me. I tried to call back within a couple of minutes. It went to her voice-mail. So I hung up. I tried again the following day. No answer. I left a voice mail this time. Still no call back. I tried to call a 3rd time. No answer! I get so aggravated now, I send an e-mail out to anyone who will listen with Bel-Furniture. FINALLY get a response. Finally get a date nailed down. Now 2 weeks after I purchased, I get my order. Delivery guys call ahead of time. And give me a 3- hour window. Guys show up in the 1st hour of the window, which was surprising. Both delivery guys are friendly and unload everything where I ask them to. Really friendly team. Now the assembly JUST GARBAGE! GARBAGE!. Cheap particle board rails, Head board, and foot board. 1x2 middle slats for support (and only 3 of those). Can't tighten anything up or it started cracking. So its still wobbly/ loose fitting. Gaps on BOTH side rails. Just pour quality. Overall garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. I'll be surprised if it last a couple of months. But a horrible way to spend $600. Will be looking to return this ASAP. And hope we get something before Christmas.
