They delivered one part and left it at…
They delivered one part and left it at my door whole we were 3 hrs away. No idea when it was delivered. I Told whoever called about the shipment that I would not be in San Antonio until today. But they still delivered it and left it outside on my front where it could have been stolen or if it had rained, it would have gotten soaking wet. Whoever whoever called me about the delivery was told I would not be in San Antonio for 4 or 5 more days. But it was still delivered anyway and left there. Luckily it didn't rain and no one stole it.

Hello, I am sorry for your inconvenience. All items that are shipped directly to the customer arrive via FedEx which is out of our control. It can only be tracked by the shipment # that was emailed to the customer. We will reach out to FedEx and make sure that they are updating the customer with the tracking details. Great Service
I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received from Bel Furniture. The order came much quicker than expected. On my delivery date there was a bad storm and I was late making it to my home. The gentlemen were patient and waited for me make it home. They set up my kitchen table and chairs in record time and were very polite. I appreciate the service and will return to Bel Furniture for any future needs.

At this point I cant really give a review my items hasn't arrived nor have I heard anything in regards to pick up. every time I call the phones just rings like nobody works there?

I have been burned by Bel Furniture…
I have been burned by Bel Furniture more than once. Their delivery services is among the worse ever to contend with. Here I am waiting over a month for my dining room set delivery and was informed they brought show room furniture for delivery day...yet they were quick to take my money and ensure it would be new from the warehouse at that time. This is a very incompetent company, from management down to the expertise of its workers. I won't ever deal with them again!

Disappointed
The item I purchased (recliner) is not available in this small town. So I laid down the ole' AMEX & says to Bel Furniture "I want this". Turns out, offered as a Memorial Day special, the chair is special order and won't be available for 2-3 weeks. Then I must drive to the nearest Bel Furniture store (75 miles) to pick it up when it becomes available.
