I ordered a shirt for my husband. It finally came (from China) and not only did it look super cheap and nothing like how it was advertised, but I had ordered an XL and what came was so small and it had the tag cut out of it. It looked like they sent me a previously returned item. They are not allowing a return. Best they can do is offer me 15% and let me keep an unusable, ugly, cheap looking shirt. This company is a total scam.

This company is a scam. I filed a report with the FTC. Horrendous customer service and refused to provide return instructions despite six explicit requests. Continued to offer partial refunds and require customers to cover the international shipping costs for returns. Quality of shoes is awful and they know it. Save yourself the trouble.

The order took 18 days to arrive. When they got here they were not flattering and the back of the shoe pinched my foot. I asked for a return and they asked for pictures to prove that they pinched my foot. When I refused, they offered me 10% to keep the shoes, what am I going to do with shoes that don’t fit? When I refused, they upped it to 15%, then 30%, then said I could return them to their warehouse in Asia at my expense. There are a lot of good companies out there. This is not one of them.

Buyer Beware..... Orders shipped from China. I ordered 3 pairs of men's shoes on May 17th. It is now May 31st, and my order just arrived in the US. Still no actual delivery date provided for when they will arrive on my doorstep. Had I known the shoes were coming from China, I would not have made the purchase. Seems to be a very common practice lately with online retailers using a US based address for their company, but in fact they are not US based. I will update once I receive the order as to the quality of the shoes, but I still give 1 star for the shipping time, and the mere fact that there is no disclaimer on the website that the merchandise is actually coming directly from China. Update: Order was delivered on June 1st. Wrong color was sent for one of the three pairs of shoes ordered. All the shoes have an overbearing odor of what I can only describe as being colored with a sharpie marker. The quality of the shoes are sub par at best and definitely not worth the price I paid. Per the company website, it states items are shipped via Fed Ex, USPS and UPS. However, my items were shipped by Yanwen express. I have been in contact with a customer representative who is very relunctant to provide me with the return instructions despite my mutiple requests, but very insistent on me keeping the merchandise for a 15% refund. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company since my mutiple requests for the return information is being ignored. Do not fall victim to this company!
