Do not order from this company, horrible quality for the price. There is also not really a refund policy as they will make you pay astronomical return shipping.

I ordered a shirt and pair of shoes. Both are terrible quality. It's worth noting that their only warehouses are international. So, when you inevitably want to return the items you purchased - because you will - it will be expensive to pay the international shipping to return. So much so they will offer to reimburse you 30% and let you keep the items rather than returning them. Stay away!

Complete crooks. I ordered an XL shirt and they sent me an XS one with an XL sticker on the bag. I asked them if I could return it and they did not respond at all! Don't give money to these thieves.

Bought a full zip men's sweater and might be the worst quality item I've ever purchased from an online retailer: size was not an xl as originally purchased- more like a medium and funny enough does not say a size on the tag. different color threads are showing compared to the actual website pictures and best part of all zipper does not function. Customer service here is so poor and offering a refund of 30% or less to keep the item which I do not want.

Complete scam. Ships a week later than stated. Uses USA address but ships from China. Laughably terrible quality. Bought a "Men's Knit blazer in Navy" and received a wrinkled Halloween costume material royal blue single layer something. Tried to return, they give you the 3 emails worth of trying to get you to accept a 15% discount to keep the item etc before informing you you can only get a refund if you ship at your own cost to China (shipping would cost 10x more than the item worth) even though they advertise a US address only.

If I could rate it lower than one star I would! It took a month to get it! Ridiculous❗️ And the worst part is it’s NOT LEATHER😡 These sandals are advertised as leather and they are plastic. The design is also different than what I ordered. I THREW THEM AWAY❗️RUN DON’T BUY❗️

Hoping this review saves someone from spending their hard-earned money at Belcien. Like other reviewers, the order took almost 3 weeks to arrive (shipping from China), and upon arrival, the shoes do not look like the photo. However, the photos online cannot be found because the shoes are no longer sold on their website. When I tried to return, I was required to share a photo. After following up, I was offered a 15% refund.
