Execution fell short
I used this service several years ago based on a recommendation by one of my mentors. The process was great. I had several calls and they took in a lot of information. The execution is where it fell short for me. I was someone who never had an assistant before and I run a small business in the healthcare industry. I needed more support on choosing the right fit. In hindsight I may not have been the ideal client for Belay, and I wish they had a way of filtering people like me out. The price point and time invested for me was significant to end up with someone who didn't report to work remotely because they had a headache and didn't not communicate that properly. I moved on and now with the use of AI I am able to get what I needed and a more affordable price point for my business.
