Never received the product, I had to check with post office and neighbours and then I received a refund but not for the full amount.

I am sure I ordered a large size and was sent a small size. No way given to contact your company to areange sifferent size. This is why I prefer to buy goods from a shop.

I can’t believe you’re asking for a rating after the way I was treated. I ordered your shirt. I take size large in everything so I ordered a large shirt from you. It’s super small on me. You insulted me by asking me to check the tag. I just wanted to swap out for an X-Large but you wouldn’t as it’s not your policy. Your policy is disturbing. I am going to continue to complain about the horrible service on every site I can find until you make arrangements to swap out without zero cost to me. No wonder why people only shop AMAZON. They take care of their customers. You don’t.

Still nothing received

I ordered an XL, and received a small. I emailed them twice but never got any answer

Product shipped late and got lost and i still haven´t received anything yet. Refund request has been answered in the manner that your system is unable to handle refunds at this time but is being worked on. Was offered a free of charge same product as a substitute, that hasnt shipped and I am a week from my birthday with nothing to show. This is simply called being taken for a ride. I will take my buisness elsewhere in the future!
