Traded a book for a 24 pack

Great response and payment time! User-friendly!

This company is VERY behind, 1-2months++. So long that they supplied my already shipped order a different label and mysteriously replaced the original tracking. Wendy told me I never mailed them. Then later retracted that and explained they did in fact receive my order. However, that's pushing 1.5 months ago and now they will not respond to my emails. Essentially, they have stolen my books. I had issue with them the 1st time taking forever to check in my books, so it's my fault for giving them another shot. This is a warning. I would NOT use this company. I have used multiple other companies and no one else is having this problem.

Everything went exactly as intended, would use this site again.

Awful customer service. I spoke to “ Wendy” over email. I asked if she could confirm my books had reached them because it had been a few weeks since I mailed them and I had not heard anything from Beer Money Books. She refused to locate my order, quote from her email….. “ No- there are thousands of books here waiting to be physically processed. As I stated - when your order is physically processed you will get an email” …… I’m sorry but what kind of customer service is that?? So rude, I then informed her that textbook rush will be the only company I use from now on because they’re not rude, fast, helpful, and kind. If you have “ thousands” of things to process then maybe you should email your customers of the delay and apologize for it rather than refuse to help, assuming we know that you have “ thousands” of things to process. Being in the dark about our orders is not our fault, it’s yours and only yours. The only email I have gotten from Beer Money Books, was my shipping label. Nothing of my books status or delays.

The overall process was quick and simple, but once the book was received the service went downhill. Not only were the photos of the book I sent blurry to confirm but the price was adjusted from $29 to $0.11 stating the ISBN number was different and were wanting to charge me about $9 to return the book, I reached out to customer service to see if they would match their competitors at $10.50. No surprise I never received a response. Very unfortunate.
