This is a terribly designed mattress and a terrible company. Its advertised as modular such that two partners can both have different firmness settings. In reality, if you have different firmness settings, then one partner just rolls into the other partner all night. We spent hundreds of additional dollars on top of the original high price to try and get the mattresses right, but when I didn't want to spend another $200 again to get the same firmness level, and called Bedgear to discuss the problem, the manager was extraordinarily rude to me. She told me that I didn't know how to share a bed with another person! She said I was lying about the product and that it is working exactly as its supposed to and that I was just trying something for nothing. Its very disappointing as I used to be enthused about the mattress' potential, but I've never had such a terrible experience with customer support, and so the company has lost my business.

Buyer beware on Bed Gear. They don’t stand behind their products. Will not refund or replace.

Bedgear nor Ashley Furniture will do anything! I got 2 bedgear pillows that went flat and hurt mine and my husband’s back. We have called several times with no call backs and finally called BedGear to only get told that we was not properly fitted for the $200 a piece pillows we bought. Bedgear said we was supposed to be asked questions etc to get fitted for their brand pillows. Ashley’s furniture said they only had 1 option of BedGear pillows in stock and that’s what they gave us. They refused to exchange our pillows for the correct pillows and refused to refund us our money! So after spending $12,000 with Ashley Furniture we have gotten nothing but ripped off and I will be posting this on every platform Ashley’s has. Our furniture has also came Damaged and it is such a fight to get any replacement. I will be warning everyone about this Store if this is not made right on all platforms Ashley’s has. This is so wrong that we spent so much money for damaged furniture and $400 on pillows we can’t sleep on and that cause us pain all because it was the only option they had in stock. It wasn’t until we contacted BedGear that we found out why we hurt, they told us each one of their distributors are trained how to fit clients for the right pillow. I’m not even going to start on the damaged furniture we received to only get replaced with more damaged furniture. This is a lot of money spent and it seems like we will be having to take legal actions.

Got an email stating I can get 10% off of my abandoned cart with free shipping. Add an adjustable base I’ve been eyeing to my cart and get to checkout and it shows free white glove delivery with the 10% discount. I run into an issue with Affirm (basically they are featured as a merchant on Affirm but they don’t actually accept Affirm) so by the time I get all that squared away my cart is deleted. When I go back and add everything back in, it’s only giving me the 10% off and not free shipping. The 10% equates to $240, but they charge $240 in sales tax, even though I’m out of state and $200 for white glove shipping (and there’s no way around this). Glad I found them on this site too because I was between them and Tempurpedic and it looks like based on the reviews here they don’t care about customers anyways.

We are in a recession bedgear, and i budgeted myself for 1 bedgear pillow, and unbeknown to me, the company has changed the formula and did not inform their loyal customers. After having to reach out to customer service, and being told the formula was changed, they told me i had the option to return the pillow. Another unbeknown moment to me, the price of shipping this pillow back, was over $30 dollars, which is astronomically absurd. When trying to work with the customer service team, they were nothing but unhelpful and unrealistic. I was a true fan of bedgear company, but now due to this horrible experience, i will no longer be purchasing any item nor will i be recommending them in the future.

I am one not to complain or write bad reviews on stuff I rather like to tell good things but when you won’t stand behind your product. Stuff leaks though where it stains your mattress and they will find any reason not to stand behind their product

This company IS a joke. The website says easy US returns. I ordered sheets that do not fit right and when I called to return them they said since the sheet (I was looking for the fitted sheet only) was taken out of the package its not returnable "due to nature of the product".. WHAT?! So the gist is.. you can order something and LOOK at the box/package but not open it, decide if you like it or not. The woman said we can give a discount on new sheets... like I would spend more money on any of your products.

This company is a complete joke. You file a claim after their product failed and they tell you to wait for an email that doesn't show up. When you reach back out they resend the email. I immediately filled out the information and sent it back. They denied my claim because I didn't respond to the original email (THE ONE I NEVER GOT) within 5 days. It's almost laughable. I will never again waste money on this crap product.
