I am beyond impressed, and blown away, with the interviewing experience I had today on 1/28/21 for the Customer Support Specialist. The professionalism, and the educating me on the company's core values and expectations from one manager by the name of Terri, and the Human Capital Culture rep Tabitha were both pleasant in interviewing with and made me feel welcome and hopefully to have the opportunity in working with a company that values their product and providing white glove service to their customers.

I love a company that stands behind its product and that is exactly what Bedgear did! I have owned my mattress protector for two years and it developed issues with fit and washability. Contacted their customer service department, followed their instructions and had my cover replaced within a week. Awesome! Thank you!!

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a better way to get a great nights sleep. The customer service team is first rate too! If you have any questions or need to get fitted for a pillow just give them a call.

I purchased a Bedgear pillow several years ago and I loved it. But now I am in need of a new pillow as the old one is wearing out. I called Bedgear this morning because I needed help to purchase a new and the right pillow for me. The customer service was outstanding. Fredy, the person I talked to, was extremely helpful and very, very knowledgeable. I ordered my pillow and now I can't wait to receive it. I really reccomend this company 100% for their products and service.

I appreciate the attention to detail and the custom approach of Bedgear. Sleep is not a one size fits all solution and Bedgear truly understands that and applies technology into their products and tools to fit even the most picky of us. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer Service. The product I ordered was not what I had expected and Fredy was very helpful providing me options for exchanging products.
