The products are simply not worth the money at all. Both my boyfriend and I got the bedgear pillows (mist and something else) and it's the biggest running joke about wasting money in the household a year later. They stay cool for maybe 10 minutes tops -- also known as at the most twice as long as any regular pillow -- are not particularly comfortable, and cost as much as some mattresses. Add to that a no returns policy, and you are stuck wasting insane amounts of money. I wish I'd donated it to some useful cause instead.

I bought this pillow for my wife just over a year ago. She loved it at first until a couple of months ago she started getting allergic related hives on the back of her head, neck and the side of her face. She lent me the pillow, not knowing her reaction was related to the pillow until I started getting the same symptoms. She removed the pillow from our bed and we started to clear up and haven't had an outbreak since. Just thought you should know that these pillows start to break down after the year warranty is up and it's obvious whatever is in them is not good for the skin. I do not recommend this pillow to anyone.

The staff who respond to emails are prompt and clarify information after repeated questioning but the product is not trustworthy such as the mattress protector. It is unreliable and overpriced. The company will send you a new one, if you repeatedly ask for compensation, without further options, and the same product provides the same result- an unprotected, destroyed mattress.

If I was only rating my communication with Katherine, she would get 5 stars. Since this rating is regarding my overall experience I am only able to give it 2 stars. As customer I should not know how understaffed your company is (or was) and I also should not know that customer service reps do not have time to check their e-mails. When I asked why I had not heard from anyone for a week I was given these two reasons by the initial rep I dealt with. She obviously was not as well equipped to deal with my time sensitive situation like Katherine. The end result of getting a new mattress was very frustrating and time consuming for me. The amount of time it took for the order to be processed, you think they could get it right, I ordered 4 pillows but only received 3 of them. They charged me for 4 tho. I called and left a message but if they respond as slowly as they processed the order, it could take a few weeks. I ordered some older pillows. They are ok, not great.

Lost first order before shipper picked it up for delivery,after receiving item it was much thinner than expected,what they consider the top of line three inch topper is only two inches. I emailed company questioning if I received the correct product ,after registering with on line service I never received reply so I still am not sure if I was shipped the less expensive two inch model or if they advertise the product with incorrect information. Would still like to have my question answered

First it's wayyy to big for the pillow. Second you completely lose the cooling effect. In fact the pillow is very warm. Also I do not like the pillow. I have the boxy version and should have the normal version. The store would not let me exchange it😢😢

Very slow turn around time from order online to shipping. At this rate it was take 3 weeks to get my order. Not sure what the hold up is as I was given an apology but no explanation. The products better be worth the wait.
