We just purchased a new mattress and on the strong arm sell of the Mattress Warehouse of Salt Lake City paid $229.00 for a new temperature regulating Ver-Tex 6.0 Performance Mattress protector. Deeply regret ever buying one from this company. Please do not waste your money. I will never get to test the protection of this pad as it is so uncomfortable to lay on we have taken it off the new bed within the first 3 days of use. It feels like you are laying on slippery plastic. Your sheets slide all over when you lay on them, and also our deep pocket sheets would not stay on the mattress when we moved the new adjustable base. I removed this mattress protector and put on my old one and we love our new bed and adjustable base. No problems of slippage at all. Mattress Warehouse would not take a return on it, so now I will go directly to Bedgear, although after the other reviews I read I do not hold out much hope that this company will make things right.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! It's overpriced product that does nothing that it is advertised. Customer service is horrible and the warranty stipulations are impossible to adhere to. WASTE OF MONEY! Because of their useless mattress protector I now have a void warranty on my $2500 mattress.

We have always purchased a mattress protector when buying a new mattress. Deeply regret ever buying one from this company. Please do not waste your money we have bought from other companies with great experiences but with this company they are unprofessional, rude, never do what they say and have yet to resolve a simple issue! I want everyone to know because there are definitely better companies out there.

I wrote an earlier review prior to opening my new pillow. I purchase two bedgear 3.0 side sleeper pillows three years ago when I bought my new bed. Those were great. I ordered another recently. NOT the same . Tried to call customer service. Left message . No return call. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

I placed an order over a month ago and I'm still waiting.

I couldn't pay with my Indian credit card. The site wouldn't accept a non-USA billing address. Even PayPal payments don't go through successfully. Ridiculous experience

Ordered on June 20th. As of June 27th haven't received a tracking number. I've called customer service over 15 times. Only twice was I actually connected to a human. Every other time the phone just rang. When I did call I was told my pillows had to be shipped from the east coast to the west coast and then shipped to me in chicago. The following call the guy came up with a different story. I will never be buying directly from bed gear again. And will do my very best to make sure no one else does. Starting with telling thto mattress firm to spread the word on bed gears customer service. Absolutely the worst experience with shopping I've ever had. It's like this company is run out of my college roommates basement

The pillow is like sleeping on a block of cement. Now my neck and back are strained . also the height of the pillow is too high and uncomfortable
