Not worth the cost. I bought their Dri-Tec sheet set when I purchased a new bed from a local store. The sheets are made of a very nice fabric, but that's where the quality ends. The assembly is terrible, with loose fibers down every seam. I emailed customer support with an issue. They did respond, but aren't willing to stand behind their products after they are sold. At such a high cost, I really expected much more. But something else. Buy anything else.

Purchased this protector to protect an expensive investment, my mattress. Only half way through the warranty period, the product developed small undetected linear cracking which allowed urine to soak through and into my mattress when one of my pets had an accident on my bed. I initiated my claim the night of the incident and was denied on a technicality- they obviously do not stand behind their own product. I now have a stained mattress and a voided warranty for that investment despite my very best efforts at cleaning it. I will not be using or trusting Bedgear products in the future and would recommend you do the same! Buyer beware!

I bought the solar pillow from "The Brick". The store convinced me to buy a Solar 3.0 pillow and he said that was the side sleeper pillow. My chiropractor recommended a side sleeper pillow and that was the only reason I decided to invest in a good pillow. My first night's sleep was terrible. Woke up every twentyfive min and the next morning the neck was stiff and extremely painful. I called Bedgear and they said, I should have been fitted with a Solar 2.0 and not a 3.0 per my size and the store made a mistake. They asked me to go back to the store and exchange, but the store wouldn't let me exchange to the Solar 2.0 and asked me to contact bedgear. I was extremely disappointed when both bedgear and brick finger pointed each other. Infact bedgear said they would offer me a discount code to buy another pillow!?!?! when the first one was disappointing. Finally I convinced Brick to exchange my pillow to a Solar 2.0 . Slept on it for 2 days, my neck is still hurting. The pillow is extremely firm and I literally have to push my head into the pillow to keep my spine aligned with my neck. I was hoping it would get better in 3 days. But no luck. I don't want to try it anymore. Its now an expensive waste. I am disappointed. If you on the verge on buying this pillow, keep in mind its only sold in Brick and they don't accept returns. The five min laying down on the store does not help asses the pillow. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Bedgear (infact I spoke to the team leader) was extremely unhelpful in solving my issue. PS: I was trying to post this review on bedgear's website, but it wouldnt let me and the reason given was "profanity". hm, now you know whey there are only good glorifying reviews online on their website!

Don't waste your money. This "waterproof" mattress "protector" has ruined $4000 worth of mattresses in my home in the last month... I normally don't complain about things and never write reviews, but I purchased these for my daughter's NEW queen mattress and our NEW King mattress at the time we bought them so we would be "protecting" our investment. I'm not sure how Bedgear defines waterproof, but soaking completely through to both of our mattresses isn't in my definition of waterproof. Warranty service is useless. I called the first time regarding my daughter's mattress (5 times). I finally was able to talk with someone who said they could get someone out within 2 weeks to try to clean it. My daughter has to sleep every night... I tried to call when my mattress was soaked (14 times over a week) with no answer leaving 2 messages without a return call.

This company is HORRIBLE! I purchased a mattress cover to ensure the lifetime warranty of the mattress per the company I purchased the mattress from. In October, I had a stain on the mattress that went through the mattress protector. My claim was denied because I didn't know when the stain appeared or what it was. (I guessed urine and was correct.) They offered a courtesy cleaning and a new mattress protector, but wanted me to sign a letter stating I would not make any future claims. I signed the letter but wrote that any future stains, if they were to occur, would be covered since it was a new stain, unrelated to the one that was just cleaned. Fast forward to this past Friday. My son's diaper leaked through the mattress protector and onto the mattress. I filed a claim on Monday, the day they opened after the weekend. I followed all necessary steps which were to provide the invoice of purchase for the mattress and mattress protector and pics of the stains on both the mattress and mattress protector. As expected, today I receive a call first saying they didn't have pictures of the stained mattress. I relayed that they were sent in two separate emails so they're there. She then mentioned the October claim and how I wasn't eligible for future claims, specifically a cleaning. I said to pull my letter and you will see that is not the case. She then said I needed to mail them the mattress protector at MY expense and they would investigate it. Seriously!?! All I am requesting at this time is a mattress cleaning which they are not willing to do. I asked four times during this call to speak to a manager and she refused to let me speak to one. She grudgingly gave me the manager's name. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. As soon as this situation is complete, I will be purchasing a new mattress protector from another company. Bedgear's mattress protectors obviously are NOT water/liquid proof as they state. I had two mattress protectors and two leaks. That can't be a coincidence.

In over 2 weeks and contacting them 3 times I still do not have a shipped order or an answer as to when it will ship. They avoid this question every time I ask telling me 'you will receive an email when it ships.' Today I called so I could talk to someone and was told I would receive a reply by the end of the day. That did not happen. I am canceling my order and will never order from here again.
