Encomendei um Spray para uma praga de percevejos no dia 31/07, estamos a 01/10 e nunca me chegou, nem nunca responderam ao meu pedido de reembolso nem devolveram o dinheiro. Como é possível que com algumas 10 mensagens enviadas com o número da encomenda , o formulário que pedem preenchido para devolverem o valor ainda respondam aqui , como se nunca houvesse escrito e- mails para o apoio ao cliente !!!!!! Revela a falta de seriedade. Estamos a 15 de outubro e ainda não me devolveram o valor já com o formulário para devolução do valor do vosso lado há mais de 2 meses !

Do not believe on such thing as refund. They have a terrible service, plus the product has a very strong smelling and caused me serious allergy.

The product took almost one month to arrive, during which time I was forced to hire a pest control service to address the issue I originally purchased the product for. By the time it finally arrived, it was no longer needed. Despite this, I still tested the product. However, the results were alarming — the extremely strong odor almost caused me to faint, even though both the product label and the website clearly state that it is “odorless.” This is misleading and dangerous. Following its use, I developed a severe allergic reaction that prevented me from sleeping in my own bed. Selling a domestic-use product with such strong and harmful effects demonstrates a clear lack of care for consumer safety and health. Terrible!!!

Meer dan maand geleden besteld. Nooit geen ontvangstbevestiging gekregen. Uiteraard wel de betaling geïncasseerd. 2x mail er achter aan gestuurd waar op ik dezelfde reactie krijg van uw bestelling is bij ons aangekomen en we laten het u weten wanneer he top de post gaat. Nooit waarschijnlijk. Voor mijn gevoel grote oplichters dus wees gewaarschuwd!!
