Unfortunately I’ve been scammed, been waiting since mid October for my fictitious product! The excuses they made about their courier were absolutely hilarious like this one….The carrier who should be handling the shipment had a personal problem. Unfortunately, he was unable to make the delivery. The order was placed mid October if anyone knows what they used as their banking reference I’d be most grateful

These people are an absolute scam. Don’t order anything from them . I’ve just put a hold on the payment though my bank nothing arrived , given what I believe are fake tracking numbers , refusal to refund. Complete scammers

I've ordered an item and recived a tracking link, but didn't work. So after 2 days I checked the review on trustpilot and I saw a really bad rate about the seller, so I thought that I'll never recive the item. Instead after other 2 days I recived the item that I ordered

It’s an evident fraud. They send you something in a way that it does not get delivered to your home address, they do not inform you that the package will have to be picked up. After just 36 hours the package ( probably not containing the product ordered ) gets sent back without giving tye customer the time to even realize it had to be picked up. After two months of emails ( no phone contact available ) they keep sending standard emails from a sort of call center refusing to refund the money and even asking more money to attempt a new sending! It’s a fraud. Somebody should stop them. I will now refer to the european authorities regulating on line shopping. Still very hard to find out where these people are based. Shame on them!

Non comprate su questo sito, io ho perso 200€ (spero che la mia banca me li faccia riavere) per colpa di questi truffatori. Ti dicono che faranno di tutto per far partire la spedizione ma in realtà non ti arriverà mai niente.
