It was easy and simple, the transaction was fast, I really liked all the information given about the product, and even though it was compared to the primal it didn't make them look bad in order to look good... I've tried primal for 3 months now I'll try these

Well, it started out fine. But I've gotten packages with broken capsules almost every time I ordered. That would be because they add zero protection to their shipping. This month it happened again. And I had it. So I sent a picture, showing the crushed capsules and the gross powder that now covered ALL the pills in the pack. I expected a new package. I got told they'd refund me for FOUR BROKEN CAPSULES. Never mind that the rest were now gross and unusable. I canceled my subscription and I'll be getting my supplements from anyone except these people. I've literally never seen customer service so crappy. Unbelievable.
