I didn't place this order!

I got online and cancelled this last month and apparently it didn’t go thru cause I got charged again. I’ve contacted customer service and all they could say was it was already processing so they couldn’t cancel it. So there goes another $37 down the drain that I don’t have and no one even cared to help. They could have cancelled the shipping and refunded my money in the very least since their website clearly didn’t cancel for me.

I did not place this order. In fact, I canceled the subscription and the order was placed after I canceled according to the time the order was placed. I've noticed several services using the same tactic recently.

I paused this order and it was sent anyway after I got a confirmation email that is wasn’t coming

I did not realize that I was on an auto ship arrangement. I’m out of work right now and I cannot afford to purchase these supplements at this time.

I’m not getting the choice to purchase for the next month. I’m getting a huge surplus, because I can’t skip a month every now and then. It feels deceptive and I may cancel all together in the future if it continues.

I do not want auto shipment!
