i contacted this company on the spur of the moment as cash flow is hard right now. plenty of $$ owing in but no builders are paying fast. because of a three to four week wait it's hard to keep on top. i applied online and within 5 minutes received an email matching a lender. i was contacted not 12 hours later and the loan was approved all within a day! wonderful service!!! highly recommend this company . 5 stars from me and awesome to deal with!!
