I submitted my item on Jan 5, 2026 for a 25 day service. It was not returned until April 3, 2026 where the item was damaged on delivery. I immediately responded to BAS and they accepted the item back for review. Today is Oct 17, 2026, over 6 months later and they have still not returned my item. They have basically stolen my property at this point. I will never use Beckett again.

Their site has been down since September 9th and they barely give any updates. Been over a month now. They gave a two month extension but it looks like it will be down for many months to come. They give useless responses to inquiries

After two months of awaiting resolution from Beckett regarding an error, the mistake on the letter of authenticity has still not been corrected. The misspelling of an item’s name raises questions about the quality and reliability of their authentication process. Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. It has been more straightforward to contact some less accessible entities than to receive assistance from Beckett’s support team. They have taken payment but have yet to address the issue.

Ich habe 14 Karten graden lassen und bei einer war sofort beim auspacken zu sehen dass das Case beschädigt ist. Auf die Anfrage von mir kam nur dass das normal ist und vom verkabeln kommt. Es ist ganz klar eine Beschädigung am Case. Keine Einsicht garnichts. Die anderen Karten waren ok

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Impossible to reach anyone via email or phone to even try to receive compensation for an item THEY lost. I have emails written from their service team admitting fault for sending my signed item to the wrong address which was then stolen. I have emailed at least 20 times over the span of months trying to get in contact and be compensated for the item they lost. No response to my BBB complaint as well. I will have to pursue small claims court to resolve this. Absolutely infuriating and an embarrassment of a company.

Beckett Europe ist eine absolute Katastrophe, die locken nur mit Blacklabel und hauen eine 9.5 bzw. 9 nach der Anderen raus. Ich kenne mich selbst sehr gut aus bin auch sehr erfahren was Gradings bei den verschiedensten Anbietern angeht und beurteile meine Karten im Voraus selbst genauestens unter Weißlicht und zwar cm für cm. Aber ein so misslungenes Gradingergebnis kam mir noch nicht unter. Wie kann es sein, dass eine Karte die ein perfektes Centering besitzt mit einer 9.5 abgespeist wird, Das Internet aber voll mit Karten ist, die mit einer 10 bewertet wurden, die aber offensichtlich nichtmal ne 9 bringen sollten. Das kann jeder selbst nachprüfen. Leute, es ist ein wirklich liebgemeinter Rat an jeden, lasst die Finger weg von Beckett Europe und investiert euer Geld wo anders! Wenn sich da nichts ändert ruinieren die sich früher oder später sowieso selbst.

I paid for my cards to be graded months ago, now when its time to ship not only do i not get an email to notify me (which is something that is promised per transaction)but delivery terminal is unable to change from signature on delivery to pick up at the hub. only beckett can authorize that, ive been attempting to call for 2.5 weeks during buisness hours (10-3pm Central time) and everytime i call either the person tells me to try a different extention without attempting to help or i get an automated response that they are closed, i have pictures to document the time stamp on when i called to verify that it was still within operating hours. I have sent multiple emails to ask for help and not 1 has been acknowledged.
