Ordered a gas furnace for my garage. Placed order and they sent 5 invoices. Order never shipped and we have no idea if the did send it or not. Sent email about issue and no response.

I ordered a hot wheels playset for my wife to give to our grandson. This was the first time I tried to order something from this site. It won't happen again. I went to the site to try and find out about the order because I ordered it a little over a week ago and haven't heard anything from them. They said they would charge my card once the order is sent out but like I said, I haven't heard a word from them yet. I tried to get an answer from the website and they want a dollar more to ask a computer tech a question. They are asking for my model number of my computer and what kind of machine my computer is. That makes no sense at all. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM SITE. i AM NOT GIVING THEM ANYMORE MONEY SO I DIDNT CARRY ON THE CONVERSATION. i already used my debit card for almost 70.00 for the playset. I am not giving a dollar more just for a question by a computer tech that is needing info about my computer!!! This is crazy!! I won't be ordering anything from this website again!!!!

If you want to order something and never receive it, then beayshop is the right place to place an order. If you want to purchase something and actually receive it, I would go elsewhere.

I made a purchase on December 8 2021, I wanted my item for a Christmas present, here it is December 23rd and it's still processing, I sent them a reply on December 14th and heres what they sent me: Currently we do not have an estimated shipping date for your order. We will process your order as soon as we received it from our supplier or you can cancel your order. We apologize for the inconvenience. beayshop.com This site was recommended to me thru Capital one shopping, they said they were cheaper than the store i was going to buy it from, so thinking capital one shopping recommended it maybe it was a good site, boy was i mistaken, This company apparently doesn't care, I would like what i ordered even though i won't get it for Christmas, I'd still like to receive it in a timely matter. I Cannot recommend this site at this time Thank you
