The products, prices, free shipping and speed of delivery are all great! I never quite understand how the added discounts are calculated though, but regardless, it’s always a very good deal.

Order took over 2 weeks to arrive…
Order took over 2 weeks to arrive (Toronto, Canada) I guess it was held up at customs. One of my serums was opened and almost all gone (not sure if this was done at customs) I called customer service and they sent out another, and received within days. Also, i had to pay duties :( All in all, customer service was nice, and the samples were nice... but not worth ordering from Canada.

THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT (FACE TONER) WAS FAST. AS COMPARED TO OTHER TONERS OF EQUAL OR HIGHER COST, THE QUALITY OF THE ITEM IS VERY GOOD. IT DOES AS IS STATED IN THE DISCRIPTION. I WILL REORDER IN THE FUTURE.
