Never received my order
Never received my order. No stars. Thrilled to get a phone call the very same day this posted to correct the issue. Also received a 15% refund for my trouble. Very impressed with the customer service. Finally received my order. The issue was a back order & poor communication. Would definitely use this company again.

Not able to track packages through the…
Not able to track packages through the website. Had to call customer service on all previous orders to find my packages.

BSD provides excellent customer service!
