Not the Beauty Store Depot's fault but…
Not the Beauty Store Depot's fault but some of my order was not available and it has been more than a month since I ordered it. They did call to update me but I still haven't received my product.

better than drug store astringents
diminished my blackheads greatly after 2 weeks, once a day (night) after face cleaning and then serum to moisturize strong smell but disappears as it dries

Love Beautystoredepot. I can get my skin care products at the best prices. The reason for 4 stars is because shipping usually takes a bit. Other than that, company is great and customer service is awaesone. Good communication!!

Great service and quick delivery. One constructive criticism
Great service and quick delivery. I’m always impressed ! Thanks. I did want to mention my previous delivery had tape on the bottle tops which prevented any leakage. This order did not, so the package was quite wet when it arrived

Doing it Right!
My initial reaction was frustration and very annoyed. I ordered 1 each of the Enjoy shampoo and conditioner, however received 2 conditioners. I immediately emailed your customer service department and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response from your team! They apologized for the mistake and corrected it within 3 days. I am totally impressed and will definitely consider ordering again. Mahalo!
