Excellent service and very quick shipment and delivery.

I'm giving 4 stars because the product did not have a seal when I opened it, it had scotch tape so it won't spill, it makes me wonder if it was opened prior.

Product came quickly. Better prices than purchasing through Amazon.

My order was not in stock. I asked for a return of my payment because they couldn’t give me an estimate of when they could fill the order. They quickly returned the payment. They were kind and I would order again from them.

Products are wonderful as always. Unfortunately I ordered Nov 23 hoping for them to arrive before christmas but they arrived Jan 4 - something happened at the distribution centre at the border but no idea why it was delayed for so long

Product is excellent as always. Through no fault of your company, the package arrived after three weeks. I called twice to check on delivery and report the delay, and each time received updates of the shipment. Very responsive customer service. They were prepared to send a new shipment when it finally arrived. I gather with both pandemic and Christmas this was unavoidable.

After I placed an order in early December and received an automated confirmation of receipt of the order, I waited 11 days (allotting a generous amount of time for shipping, what with Covid and the holiday season). When no package came, I emailed the shop and said, "Waited 11 days, no package, haven't even received a shipping notice." Got an immediate reply saying, "I'm so sorry, I'm one of the owners, I don't know why your order didn't ship, I'm sending it today and sending it express and adding our biggest gift bag." So: Four stars, as the original mishap was strange, but the customer service in response was generous and prompt. Seems as though this is a small business where human error can easily take an order astray, but the follow-through to correct a mistake is sincere and generous.
