I'm done bying from this site
I'm done bying from this site. I received my order in an envelope one time and my item was broken so I couldn't ever use it and had to throw it away. Wasted my money. When I tried to call customer service left messages and NEVER heard back. Unexceptionable.

Horrible Experience
Ordered multiple items and was expecting 5-7 day delivery. When order hadn't shipped in 5 days I contacted them. Got back to me to tell me one item I ordered wasn't available. OK, why was it not marked as such on the website? Why was I able to order it? Why didn't YOU notify me and not wait until I contacted you. First experience with them and last.

Free Sipping? Three-Little LipBalm?! I didn't think it would takes 3 weeks to receive in my mail. For a $1.00 dollar difference, I would just ordered from Amazon and receive within 2-3 day! Not worth purchase from Beautystoredpot

Jan. 10 Order shorted
Ordered 4 $48 items. Received 1. Charged for all 4. No phone # to find out what's going on. No indication of backorder. Who cares if you get free shipping when they don't fill the entire order? Who cares if they send swag when you don't get what you ordered?

Wrong products!!
I paid for quick delivery. Instead I waited 2 weeks for products and when they arrived they sent the wrong items. Now I have to take to post office for return plus notify company of their errors. Very disappointing! and a time burner. Patricia Klussman
