just to let you know my first order still waiting for not received yet.

The product i bought was phytheol intense shampoo for severe dandruff and itchy scalp. I am very disappointed considering the price i paid that it did NOTHING to relieve my itchy scalp. That was my main concern and i am still looking for a product that will help! UPDATE-even though this product did not work for me i was very satisfied with the ease of ordering and fast delivery. Beauty store depot did respond promptly and offered an exchange for a product that may work for me. Unfortunately, i am not sure how to do a (return, exchange). I trust they will respond to my posting again.

My order was lost in the mail. Being my first time ordering with this company, I was a bit wary. After contacting them several times, they finally reshipped my order at no cost to me. There were 2 bottles of Jan Marini face wash that had leaked all over. My experience with Beauty Store Depot was not a good one and I will not order from them again.

Very disappointing. My order was send to the wrong address after I been with the sale person on the phone about 45 minutes . Then I tried to call several times then I email them left a massage !!! Didn’t get any respond !!! Would never use this website or neither I would recommend to anyone else.

I wish I could give a better rating, but I just can't. I ordered a 10 oz can of hairspray for $8... and I received a tiny 2 oz can. Walmart had this on their website so I thought the store would be reputable. I called the manager/owner at the store and he told me that he didn't have any more 2 oz cans in stock so he couldn't send them to me to complete my order and that he couldn't sell the 10 oz bottle. Huh? It said right on the website that I could order a 10 oz can. It was a great price because I usually pay $14 per can. I feel like He was not being honest with me and just didn't want to ship me what, I believe, he owned me. He did refund my money, but that's not what I wanted. Disappointed:(

I never received the product. Apparently it's an issue with the post office, but they weren't able to cover the charge, instead they asked me to purchase it again and I'd just get 25% off

I’d like to help with a review, but it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t even received my order.

I ordered Glo Minerals Luxe Liquid bright concealer and the brush remains dry after trying multiple times to pump it. Very disappointed in the quality of product I received. I've ordered direct from Glo Minerals in the past. Sadly,this order from Beauty Store Depot will not make me return as a customer.
