BeautystoredepotReviews of beautystoredepot.com

The Products were fake and watered down

I tried returning an item and they never responded for me to start the return process.

Never order from this site. I waited weeks for my order only to receive the wrong item. Called and emailed customer service. Still waiting weeks later for a reply.

The conditioning spray bottle came with a broken neck, all the conditioning solution was in the bag where the items were wrapped. I sent a note to customer service, and they sent a note back requesting a photo of the damaged merchandise. No site does this. If items don’t come, or are damaged, the company replaces it without question. It shows good customer faith. I will never shop at your store again. I will send the necessary photo so that I can have the item replaced, and that will be my last transaction with your company. I have been a good customer, but I will shop elsewhere.

Dried up product sent then when I asked for a return, I had to call back to ask them to actually initiate the return. Won’t shop here EVER again.

Placed order, 3 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I contacted customer service and my money was refunded

My credit card was charged and the merchandise was never sent.

They offered free shipping and when the online order did not reflect the offer, I called and spoke to a representative who told me she would reverse the charge. The $24.99 shipping was no reversed and was billed directly to my visa. Canadian customers should be informed if we are not allowed the same offers as a USA order. Very disappointed consumer!
