Great place to buy products and excellent customer service!!!!!
Their customer service is excellent! I live in Alaska I get my products within 5-7 business days & always with free shipping! I returned a product I was not happy with, I got a full refund and they provided free shipping on the return. My return was processed including refund with in 7-10 business days that included shipping time. They always have discounts & specials and their products are at great prices!

Best customer service ever!!
Best customer service ever!!! My order was a Christmas gift for my 4 yr old niece. Her mom is a makeup artist and Miss C loves to get into her stash....her high end, best quality stash! I live in Canada and commented in my order to please do their best to have the package here by Christmas. This was on a Saturday. Monday morning, got a phone call from Texas letting g me know they were going to ship it express ( for a few extra dollars) and the package arrived the next day! I’m a huge online shopper and have never been called with an option to rush ship a package. Bravo Beauty Store Depot! Not only was the gift a hit, this customer service story has been repeated many times since! Definitely will continue to shop with you!!
