I will definitely be ordering all my product from this company! I ordered 3 products from the Enjoy! line and one showed up defective. I sent an email and asked how I could go about exchanging the product for a different one and the person who returned my email was fantastic!! They immediately shipped out another one at no charge and told me to just throw away the defective product and not worry about trying to return it. Best customer service I’ve received in a LONG TIME!!!

I have been purchasing one product from Beauty Store for a few years. Their service has been above and beyond. Delivery has been prompt and they keep one updated on the progress of delivery. This year my product was out of stock. They phoned me to say it would be delivered as soon as it arrived. It was delivered the next week. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience! Genuine products! Beautystoredepot was waiting on a shipment of the items I ordered to come in. They called me to let me know this and that the shipment would be just a couple days delayed. I was impressed by that. Nowadays no one picks a phone anymore. Great customer service!

Great buying experience. Carried a product that I could not locate elsewhere. When I ordered more than they had in stock, I was quickly contacted by customer support who offered to refund the amount of the unavailable product or place the items on back order. I chose the refund which they transacted immediately. The product arrived VERY well packed and right when promised!
