Amazing Customer Service!
I bought the Enjoy hair conditioner, that I can't find anywhere else. They told me it was going to arrive on a certain date. I subsequently received a call from their customer service that it was going to arrive a few days later then expected. The Rep apologized and, without me even asking, gave me 15% off. Amazing customer service, and the product arrived as expected.

Best customer service!
Their customer service is the best, and very personalized. On a recent order I received a phone call advising me that one of my items was not available immediately for shipment and how would I prefer my order to be shipped. (In one or two shipments.) I feel like they know me as a customer.
