Love the freebies
The site offers quality products with discounts that increase depending on how much you spend. I like the samples that are sometimes offered as part of your purchase too. Not lame little packages, but sample sizes that you can actually use more than a couple of times in order to develop a good opinion about the product. I will be buying from this site again.

Great store, reliable service
Good prices with frequent deals and you can pretty easily get free shipping. I was bummed last time because my favorite hair product was out of stock.

Good service with courtesy
Their website is easy to search, but there is room for improvement. For example, It'd be good to display "out of stock" on the site to let the customers know that the item is not available. It took 3-4 weeks for me to receive the item, but the customer service was responsible. They apologized and informed me about the status via email. They also included extra samples in the package. I'm satisfied.
