Love the products; however, this order took fifteen days from shipping notice to delivery. Previous orders were faster at less than one week from shipping to delivery. When I received my order today, it contained only one of the two Progressive Peel Replenishment Kits that I ordered. The enclosed invoice shows that I ordered two (2) kits so there should have been no misunderstanding. Hope this problem can be resolved quickly with BeautyRx. Updated review and revised rating - Kudos to BeautyRX for quick response and speedy resolution to the problem with my order. They promised that the missing item would be shipped out immediately. Now, if they can only do something about the long delivery time, that would be wonderful.

Hi Betty. Thank you for your kind words about our products, but even more importantly, we are sorry about any inconvenience we may have caused. We are immediately sending the missing product, of course at no cost. In terms of the shipping delays, after tracking it and contacting UPS, it appears to have been an issue on their end. As with all orders, the package left our fulfillment center the first business day after it was placed. We are now working with UPS to attempt to ensure that this doesn't happen again. Hi Zena. Thank you for your feedback. We are working on minimizing any priming necessary for the Dermsticks. While there are other click stick products that require less priming and some that require more, we're always working to improve. That being said, we are excited to hear that you are experiencing a difference in the appearance of pore size in only a week. We hope you continue to see further exciting results with time.
