This product did not work for me. Creased and left a residue. Followed instructions and used a premium concealer on top.

I hate the subscription part of this company. The products are fairly good and I would probably purchase again, but the subscription is a real pain and you pay it whether you buy products or not. They need to reconsider; I'm sure I'm not the only one unhappy with the monthly fee.

I like the products but on most recent order there was an item missing. The customer service is only accessed by email with a promise to respond in 48 hours. Hasn’t happened. Would like a response and know when my missing item will arrive.

After taking a look I can see that an agent was able to resolve your query within 24 hours of receiving the ticket. I love Beauty Pie, but was seriously underwhelmed with the products contained in the mystery kit I received. The vitamins (free) expire in a month or two, and the other items just felt like surplus they had lying around. No “superstar” items.
