No returns !! Some great products but no returns is a deal breaker for me just got a foundation that was horribly dry now I’m stuck with it .

No Brush?
I disliked the fact that I did not receive a brush with my purchase. Wasn’t there supposed to be a brush with it?

I was really looking forward to using…
I was really looking forward to using the socks to remove the dry skin on my feet. However, they did not make some mark and I disappointed. I do not like to give a negative review but unfortunately, they just did not work for me.

The socks work by exfoliating the outer layers of hard dead skin which is broken down by the acid. It is normal for the skin to feel dry or tight after using the socks as this is apart of the peeling process. It also depends on how much dead skin is on your feet to begin with - some people find that they don’t peel as much as they actually don’t have that much dead skin to get rid of! BEAUTY PIE products are smashing, but DHL's inept delivery speed spoils the show.
The beauty products are great, without question.
However, the poor choice of selecting DHL as the parcel carrier spoils the excitement and anticipation of receipt of goods, mostly due to DHL's lack of accurate, timely communication throughout the overall shipping process. DHL is a costly, pointless "middleman" at best, running at snails pace with multi-day delays, only to hand off your parcel to the USPS.
It is only then that you will finally, after almost a week or more, you begin receiving truthful, accurate tracking details, along with the speedy delivery you should have gotten all along.
By contrast, the USPS is faster, less expensive, and renders communication about package delivery dates a great deal better.
Please consider switching, Beauty Pie.❣️

If you chose our standard delivery option, please expect 7-10 working days for your delivery. For our express service, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days. If your delivery order is outside of this normal time frame, we would advise to please reach out to our Member Happiness team and we would be more than happy to help assist.
I had a look into your latest order and can see this was placed on April 3rd and can see this was delivered on April 10th which is within our normal time frame. DHL has provided updates throughout this delivery on the link as well. If you have any questions about this, please do reach out to our team.
However, we understand your frustration and our team is looking at exploring further options for delivery in the US, we appreciate your comments and have certainly passed this forward.

Lipstick is wonderful
My favorite product-and I liked them all-was Beauty Pie’s Matte Lipstick in “Takeover.” Depending on what you want and how it’s applied, you can get a deep burnt orange to a sunset pink color. It slides easily across your lips, and I was impressed with its staying power.
The Super Healthy Skin anti-aging cream and the Youthbomb serum are also nice, but I’ve used them for less than two weeks, so I’m gonna reserve my judgment until later.
