Hi there, Thank for leaving your review, I am sorry to hear you have had some troubles with your recent order with us. It appears when the order was placed, the postal code was incorrect and therefore DHL was unable to deliver the parcel. However, I can see my colleague has raised a replacement to the correct address now and the order has been delivered yesterday. I hope you enjoy your products! It appears this was purchased under a month ago, we would advise to wait at least 4 weeks before you will start to notice a change in your skin! Hi Nina, Thank you for sharing your review and I am really sorry to hear the disappointment caused with the best before date of our product. This has been flagged with our warehouse team and is certainly an error on our end therefore the products were refunded back to you. We just advised it is still safe to consume these as the best before date is not an expiry date, therefore you could continue to finish them up if you wish however the effectiveness is slightly lower. We will have these back in stock in the Spring months, and will ensure the products at our warehouse are sent out will have a much longer usage with the appropriate checks before the best before date ends.
