OK. LOVE the products, the whole premise of the site, the prices, it's fabulous. I have removed a star for the shipping cost- you should be able to offer free shipping here as well. I've seen glitches/errors on the website, e.g. the description for a lipstick actually describes a candle. (I realize free shipping is costly and indirectly bad for the environment...what about $50 spending credit for reducing my shipments to twice a month. I can buy products whenever, but know that they'll be shipped to me only on certain days.)

I’ve really enjoyed my Beauty Pie experience. I love getting high quality products at a great value. It can be hard to know which color to order in the foundations and concealers, but everything has been top notch quality.

Love beauty pie. Love packaging. Only thing I really dislike is that the website take ages to load. Each product take ages to load. It directs me to uk site sometimes but I’m on the us membership.

I really like the products I have purchased so far. Do not mind the membership as I know I am getting a deal but I think it could be better communicated the way it works.

Easy to order and nice products

I would’ve given a five star review, but many of the items i want are out of stock. It’s a first world problem, i know. I LOVE my concealers. They are all superb. Great natural shades, not too pink, not too yellow and the textures are high end. Can’t wait for my next order.

I find the mobile website a little frustrating. I cannot stay signed in. I keep all my info on the wishlist and it’s a bit hard to find. I love that I can order using PayPal! I really wish shipping was either included or a bit less. It’s pretty hefty and takes away some of the joy of saving. Also looking forward to the products available on the U.K. site. (looking for you tinted moisturizer). Otherwise I love Beauty Pie so much!

My only reservation is the international banking fees I'm charged each time I purchase something and when my membership is charged. I often purchase things from England and I don't get charged for using my bank card on an international site.
