I've had a further look into your order and can see this was placed on the 29th of July and delivered five business days later on the 5th of August. This is well within our 7-10 day business day timeframe. If you require your parcel to come faster than this, I'd suggest our express delivery option. In the US, our standard delivery is between 7-10 business days which we do state in our help center and 'delivery' section on our website as well as the checkout page. I've had a look into your order and can see you placed this on June 21st and it was delivered on June 27th. This is within our regular timeframe.
