It appears when you placed this order, our system hadn't updated to reflect this had now come out of stock. I apologize for any disappointment! However, please be assured our team has refunded you and provided a free shipping code if you wish to purchase something else. In addition, I had a look at your previous correspondence and it appears you were having troubles applying your code for the free gift. If you have troubles in future, we would advise to reach out to our team prior to placing the order and we can ensure this is included! Hi Kelly, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our shipping. Our standard delivery timeframe is currently 7 to 10 working days. If your order does not reach you within this timeframe, please do reach out to our team at beautypie.com/contact and we'll of course assist you with this. The shipping times for our US orders with standard delivery will be reducing in the near future, as we are opening a second warehouse in the US by the end of this year and will be looking at alternative carriers for our US orders at the same time. Hi there, Thank you for leaving your review. I had a look into your correspondence and can see you have been in touch with our team regarding this issue. As it was delivered but you didn't receive the package, we advised you to fill out a form confirming you didn't receive this so we could claim it back with the shipping courier. We offered a replacement or refund which has been processed now! In addition, we did offer to remove the perfume from the order and issue a refund. However, we weren't able to add an item to the order as we unfortunately have no way of charging you for this item. In addition, you did activate our free trial membership in which you received a free month with us as a member. You may like to try lightly applying this with our Pro Concealer Brush to apply a thin layer to the undereye.
