Hi there, We are sorry for the disappointment caused with our Member Happiness team and the product you received. I've had a look into this, and it appears the Superluminous Skin Glow Filter does not actually come sealed and will be sent in its packaging box which we can see you received. Therefore, this product has arrived as normal. It looks like we have set up a return for you and after you received this information you mentioned this wasn't sealed upon arrival in which we had asked for a photo to investigate further with our quality team.
