I really love the products (shampoo, conditioner, lip “crayon”, sleep oil and perfume) from my first subscription box, but feel like the membership and “spending limit” levels are confusing.

I am very pleased with the quality of the products I received, and the efficiency of the ordering process. I am very excited to order more product. I am looking forward to getting VIP products too.

Quality products! First time ordering! Loved the jujube AM/PM cream, and really happy with the lipstick and gloss! Was skeptical picking a color online, but it was true to description! I already have a few things in my wish list, so excited to try a few more products! I wish the shipping box was more compact/less waste! I understand the flat rate cost, but suspect they could pass a bit more savings to customer by more efficient packing practices.

On my first order I had a product that had paint pealing from the lid. I contacted customer service and they resolved the problem with no hesitation and sent me a replacement. The woman on the phone was so kind and pleasant. Because of this you now have a loyal customer. Thank you

Really good shopping experience and great products! Only problem was getting the coupon code to work.

Mobile phone shopping very messy and difficult. Need a save for later or wish list option. Should easily state somewhere on site when your next pie day is so you can remember when your monthly date is. Better return policy
