The “new” beauty pie storage bag arrived covered in scratches. All other products were accounted for. Overall a bit of a disappointment

I’m so bummed because I was really looking forward to being a Beauty Pie member. I have never had such a difficult time color matching and when I received my products I was so even able to use them the colors were so off. I also chose the trial membership because of the guarantee that it was very east to cancel. Well it’s not!! I’m still not able to cancel and I feel very taken advantage of. I hate writing bad reviews, but I’m hoping this will help others as well as give Beauty Pie the chance to fix what I’m sure they are not aware of what’s broken.

Really bummed with my experience this time! I paid $30+ for the expedited shipping option on my most expensive Beauty Pie order to date, and it’s been 10 business days of waiting. It is now the first week of January and I have yet to receive this order I placed hoping to surprise family for the holidays. I also followed up with a BP team member, and received no response. Love the products, though. 🥲

I have used the Retinol overnight hand serum just once. In the morning my hands were wrinkled beyond belief!!! Therefore, two stars until I allow more time. I hope the serum diminishes the age spots and improves moisture. To be advised….

This is a one time incident out of many orders. What happened. I placed an order that I had in my shopping bag. I answered the question on my information. Name, address, etc. When I entered my credit card information and hit next, I expected a review of my order before the order was placed, however it was address to a person from last years' Christmas list. I don't know how that happened, I immediately tried to contact someone to cancel the order, but several to no avail. I tried several ways to contact you and explain what had happened. The person it was sent to was out of town and when she got back home the package wasn't there. She checked with her neighbors, but they didn't see it. The tracking people left it in or around the mail box. I have sent an email to inform Beauty Pie what happened and asked if they could make some kind of monetary adjustment or send me replacement products. I had spent a little under $200.

I purchased several items, including two fragrances. The descriptions and reviews were high. I tried both and they are not as described. One had a burnt smell and the other was cloyingly sweet. Luckily, they both faded within an hour. I wanted to return them but apparently returns are only allowed if the items are in an unopened package. How is a buyer supposed to know if the product works for them without trying it? Shaking my head regarding BP’s return policy. I’m out.
