Hi there, I'm sorry to hear the Superluminous Undereye Genius you purchased didn't quite have the results you hoped for. One tip that may help you enjoy the product more, this is a correcting/brightening product, not a concealer. You may find that using slightly less product in a thin layer, and gently dabbing under the eyes will help softly brighten the undereye area! You can then wear on its own or finish with a concealer to neutralize the shades and set with powder over the top for a smooth finish. You may also like to try a little under eye cream to hydrate the area before applying such as our Triple Hyaluronic Acid Eye Lifting Serum! I understand your frustration about our return policy on opened products. Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics and skincare products that have been used and at this time we don't have an exchange program in place. The product you purchased is a colour correcting concealer, therefore we'd suggest to apply a thin layer and you can then use your Everyday Concealer on top to neutralize the shades. You may like to try adding a setting powder on top such as our One Powder Wonder to set the makeup for the day. We understand that it can be difficult to know if a product is right for you without trying it. This is a colour correcting product so we would advise to apply a thin layer under the eye, and then use your Everyday Concealer on top to neutralize the shades. Hi there, I've taken a look into the Beauty Pie account associated with the email address for this review and from the products purchased, I can see that your review is about the Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser. This is a gel-to-oil-to-milk formula, and should be applied on dry skin to tracelessly remove makeup, oils and pollution. To use this product as intended, we advise to massage in until the texture becomes much lighter and with more slip, then add warm water until milky. You should need around a grape-sized amount.
