Nice products!

Products are pretty good but I feel like a few things could use improvement: - Users should be able to add to orders that haven't shipped yet - If a user has an annual membership already it would be nice for all the "upgrade now" messaging on the site to not show

I love Beauty Pie products so much. However, the Bath Oil I just received was a small bottle and didn't blow me away like all the other products.

It would be a much better experience if we could have access to customer service. I have sent an email and didn't receive a response. I left a message last night and am waiting for a call back. It would just be nice to call the 800 number and be able to speak to someone right then or at least during business hours. Thanks.

I love the facial cleansers I purchased from Beauty Pie. I do have a problem with the strong fragrance of some of the products. During this time with the trend of CLEAN Beauty, I would think that Beauty Pie would be more considerate of consumers' needs of no fragrance. The speed in which I received my products was very accurate and prompt considering the lockdown during the pandemic. I would have given Beauty Pie 5 stars but they do not offer free returns for any reason which is generally the norm with mail order/online purchases. I am new to Beauty Pie and would like to try more products such as their cosmetics.

Overall a good experience. I upped my membership for $15 a month but had to research what this means exactly. I still don't know. Does this mean my limit is now $150 or is it $250 a month (my original $100 limit plus $150?). They only charged me $15 for my monthly fee, so I thought my limit would be $150, but it looks like my limit is $250 according to the site. Maybe this month is still free? Oh well, I love love love the products! Please don't stop making these products!!

I have only received one order but I love the products.

I love beauty pie and all of the products I have ordered. At first the payment and charge of products was a bit misleading. Other than that, I love it and will continue to use it.
