I love the Beauty Pie products, prices, and mission, but sometimes the website lags and is very slow. That's my only gripe. Otherwise it's full of excellent products at an excellent value.

Website was a bit glitchy and I had to re-load and login back in several times.

Only 1 month in and so far I've loved a couple products, liked at least half of them and really just didnt understand the purpose of just 1. I figure that's better than my average trip to Ulta! My only major frustration is that several of the products I REALLY want to try keep selling out before my renewal day :(

The Beauty Pie experience was easy fro start to delivery. Tried skin care and hair care products first, but plan to add to that and try some makeup.

Love Beauty Pie products. The membership is a little annoying honestly. Wish I had a higher spending limit but not willing to pay extra to get it so I buy less than I would if their were no limits. Seems counterintuitive to limit sales this way as the more people who buy stuff the better is always the business model-I’m hard pressed to see how limiting a customers spending makes Beauty Pie more money. Somethings fishy there from a company perspective....buyers clubs only work in monopolies so it’s a gimmick I don’t enjoy as a customer. Wish they would just offer membership at one price but stop with the spending limit. Allow me to spend more money if I want. How is forcing a limit good! I do love the products for skincare-not so into the makeup but I need to try more before saying the makeup side isn’t for me. Packaging is simply but nice, shipping is quick-just wish I could buy what I wanted without limits.

The shipping timeline was provided upfront. The product information is clear and easily understood. The products smell amazing!
