Good experience so far with beauty pie. I'm not 100% sold on the products I ordered, but the value for money is exceptional and I would try other products to see if they are better

I just received my second order from Beauty Pie. I am very happy with the product quality, which is most important. I am impressed with shipping time. Even this month, I expected a delay but it reached here in under a weeks time. The only thing that stops short of five stars is the website, which does not provide clarity about pie days. I have re-signed up for the newsletter, which was suggested as a fix, but still no pie day emails. I still get promo emails all the time though.

The products and prices are absolutely wonderful and at GREAT prices! So much so, Beauty Pie has difficulty keeping many products in stock, which is somewhat a problem. However, the only true issue is shipping as living at a US Territory, US Military, Fleet, or Diplomatic Post Office address which are served solely by the USPS, packages take 6-8 weeks as Beauty Pie WILL NOT ship directly through USPS.

Really pleased with Beauty Pie. Their products are quality and you can't beat the price.

I love Beauty Pie's business model, luxury beauty products at affordable prices based on membership plans. The skincare products are luxurious and really high-quality. But the make-up products are just so-so , though I haven't tried any one of them but based on reviews on its site and other review sites from experts, BP needs to improve. Also the foundations have limited choices based on finish, add-ons and shades. I don't think BP should focus on perfumes. Perfume is not really a beauty product for me. Another thing that disappoints me about BP is that it does not accept my payment mode, Discover. It also does not offer free shipping even if you purchase a lot of products. They don't have beauty tools such as facial devices . But so far, I am contented with Beauty Pie when it comes to skincare products, not make-up. I'd buy make-up from somewhere else.

Beauty Pie is a great company with great intentions to provide high quality products for REAL prices! So far the only things I would say have not met or exceeded expectations are Pie Days and when my day resets. For example, I apparently signed up for BP late night in bed (yes, we've all had late night shopping spree's) so while I was SO excited for Aug. 8 to come, I actually had to wait until like 11pm before I my account updated. I've heard why they do this but it's not great for the customer. So, I actually waited until after midnight and upgraded so next month I should be reset well before I've woken up...Secondly, my Pie Day so far wasn't amazing. Only having one choice of a new limitless item wasn't nearly as exciting as Pie Days are marketed. I was hoping for several items or being able to unlock some other secret thing. Hopefully Pie Days improve. Otherwise I am very very happy with the products!

Products are ok... better marketing... didn’t come in the pink box.
