New to BeautyPie—love the products (especially the perfumes!) but delivery times are terrible (2+weeks). I recognize the pandemic and winter weather in the US, but I’ve placed orders with other companies and have had no issues.

A four star rating only because I've…
A four star rating only because I've only used the products a few weeks. But overall, I am very happy with them and have seen some improvement in my complexion . It may take longer for my age (78) for results and I don't expect the wrinkles to disappear, I just want my skin to look better...and from what I can see, it does already. My skin is brighter, feels better and the wrinkles have diminished/softened a bit. So far, I'm very happy with Beauty Pie! I'll re-evaluate in another month or so.

Generally I like Beauty Pie
Generally I like Beauty Pie. Some of the skin products are stellar! My skin looks better than it has in years.
The make-up products I've tried are very good, but nothing I couldn't get in stores.
The pricing is fair, even when you factor in the cost of purchasing the membership. I went with the yearly membership which, at the time was $79 and was pleased to have immediate access to the products in which I was interested. So far I've purchased sufficient products so that the membership, amortized over the number of products I've purchased, is approximately $5. So the products are reasonably priced even when I factor in the cost of membership.
I don't like not being able to have access to samples. I also don't like not being able to return products--not even unopened ones as I understand it. I think sometimes the "typical price" is, in terms of my experience, unrealistically high. The touted "Pie Days" or whatever they're called are completely uninteresting to me. So far the only ones I've seen relate to a single item (none of which held the slightest interest for me)--not to all products being "on sale." But these are small matters.
Overall I'm very happy with my membership and purchases.

We really appreciate the feedback you have provided and we have of course passed this on to our wider team. One of our biggest aims with Beauty Pie is to ensure that Member's Prices are kept as low as possible, by introducing 'free' samples, we would have to amortize the cost of these by building it into the cost of the products. This would in turn increase our Member's Prices as a whole, however we are always looking for ways to improve our Member's experiences so we will of course take this into consideration.
Regarding our return policy, due to safety and hygiene restrictions, only unopened and unused items that are in the same condition that you received them can be returned. Please email our team at [email protected] for returns authorisation, we'll be more than happy to help you with this.
We're sorry to hear you haven't enjoyed our PIEDAYS so far, these allow you to shop a chosen BEAUTY PIE product without using up any of your Spending Limit. These usually and always have been in the past, restricted to one product at a time. The exception to this is usually Black PIEDAY in November, where we tend to increase our offering across site. We hope our future PIEDAY offerings will be more to your liking!

Loved all the products and it does what…
Loved all the products and it does what is suppose to but the sunscreen doesn't work well with dark skin. it leaves a white caste. I will still use it but I thought I should share it.

I am very happy so far. Wish there was more detail about the products in the write up, for example whether they are scented (lots are), but the products are great and far less expensive than I usually pay for my skin care.

I love Beauty Pie but the membership…
I love Beauty Pie but the membership tiers are a little confusing. I’m a new member so I’m hoping I’ll get the hang of it. So far I love the products I’ve bought! They’re all top-tier and fabulous. I’m already addicted.

Regarding the Membership tiers, essentially each tier comes with a set 'spending allowance' each month. This ranges from £/$50 all the way up to £/$500 and this is based on the Typical Price of our products. Your spending allowance restricts the amount of products you can purchase at a time, as each time you purchase a product at our Member's Price, the Typical Price of this will be deducted from your spending allowance. So the higher the tier you are on, the more spending allowance you receive and therefore the more products you can purchase in one go! Of course if you are on a lower tier, you can let your allowance build up from month to month to enable you to place a larger order, as any unused balance will roll over automatically.
