The order was sent to an old address and even though I tried to correct it within minutes of the confirmation, I was told it couldn’t be changed. I have received several orders from Beauty Pie at the correct address so am I crear as to why the older business address even showed up. I have not received the delivery or any notification of it having been delivered but I have been charged for the order!

Did not make an order then had confirmation that “my order” was being delivered to another continent. Informed them they did nothing, I could only complain further if I logged into the account I didn’t have.

First of all waited way too long for this order to arrive and all for nothing because this product didn’t work for me Once again I fell for another social media advertisement that overpromised and didn’t deliver…. At least for me this didn’t work Disappointed!

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear our Superluminous Undereye Genius wasn't quite what you hoped for. This is a correcting/brightening product, not a concealer. You may find that using slightly less product in a thin layer, and gently dabbing under the eyes will help softly brighten the undereye area! You can then wear on its own or finish with a concealer to neutralize the shades and set with powder over the top for a smooth finish. However, I have certainly passed your feedback along to our team to consider for future. Hi there, I'm sorry to hear our Superluminous Undereye Genius didn't quite have the results you hoped for! This product is a colour corrector, therefore depending on the tone of your undereye circles would depend on which shade you choose and is the reason we are limited to only 3 shades. We would advise to apply a thin layer and then use your everyday concealer on top to neutralize the shade! You may like to try a little eye cream prior to application to hydrate the undereye area! In addition, unfortunately we don't currently accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you are unhappy with an item we would suggest to reach out to our Member Happiness team to discuss this further with you.
