Packaging, size and price was great! But I haven’t noticed any changes in my skin yet

Well, I placed my first order and was blown away by the quality of the products that I received. So, I upgraded to an annual membership and am awaiting my second shipment- will be interesting to see how this Plays out- want to try many more items but I have to wait until next month- then I will need to reorder favorites……. So we will see

I love your products, appreciate the packaging, and really enjoy the business model. BUT. Shipping is an issue out here on the west coast of the US. Waiting up to two weeks for FedEx packages to wend their way out here is sooooo painful, not to mention probably not great for the products! I have started shelling out more for overnight shipping but a fulfillment center somewhere in the west coast would be HUGE for us out here!!!!

Loved my recent shopping experience. I only gave it 4 stars because shipping left much to be desired.

I love the ability to try lots of products and some will be mainstays for a long time...hello, Japanfusion cleanser, Wonderscrub, Oxygen mask, etc, but because there are so many wonderful choices, I'm never too sure about the order of products and wish you had more information on each item so we know we're using correctly. Also, some products are "meh" to me...or at least I don't see the results that are touted. Keep adding products cause I'll keep trying to find the "fountain of youth" coupled with great prices for the long haul!

I don’t like the emails after the snafus such as erroneous emails sent. Let’s not make the staff feel bad.

So far I love the products though it is too soon to tell if some of the skin care products will have real impact on my 50+ face. I’ll slather on every serum and amped up cream that rolls out into the collection. Oh - One lipstick in particular, Naked Pink, could be a new staple in my bag o’ tricks. The sourcing concept is cool - brilliant idea. Packaging hits all the right marks for me. (Yay! to the pinkness of it all.) The reason for less that 5 stars at this early tenure is this: I paid for an annual membership and after placing two orders, I have nearly exhausted my annual budget. I have a difficult time ‘topping up’ in order to continue purchasing. In truth, I would have ponied up more money in the beginning so that I could purchase/order as I please for a year. I didn’t quite grasp the levels of membership buying, my mistake for glossing over fine print - but really - tell me how much $ up front and let me run with it. I’m a loyal product gourmand from way back so Beauty Pie would still be profitable, from me, my aging cohorts and zillions more like us.

Delivery is always prompt and well-packaged. Website is wonky sometimes. Great value on skin care products! Don’t like the makeup as much, but the skin care is awesome.
